November 2008 - Important update on ordering
As the very busy Christmas period approaches, I have had to put orders on hold, as it is impossible for me to get into the workshop whilst I have so many bookings for my own show. During this time Dorothy and I will have a very limited amount of puppets etc in stock, so please get in touch by clicking here if you'd like to know what we currently have.
You can of course place orders during this time, but do please bear in mind that I will not be able to make anything until I can get back into my workshop in January.
How to place an order
It usually takes Dorothy and I about four weeks to complete orders, but will we confirm the time frame with you when you get in touch with us.
Ordering from us is very simple indeed, just tell us what you'd like to order and send your payment. As soon as we have received your payment we will make your order. Once everything is made, packed up and ready to send, we will advise you on the postage costs.
Customers within the UK can send payment by Cheque, Postal Order (made payable to Bryan Clarke) or Cash. However if you intend to send cash, please make sure it is sent via Special Delivery.
